Trydoku operates on a straightforward, predictable credit consumption model. You only pay for what you produce, with no complicated tier multipliers or hidden per-user licensing fees.

How Credits Work

• Welcome Bonus: Every verified new user receives free starter credits to test Word template parsing, spreadsheet uploads, and batch output without entering payment information.
• Atomic Spend Protection: Credits are only deducted when a document successfully generates. If a row fails due to corrupted data or template syntax errors, ungenerated rows are never charged.
• Validity: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Purchasing Credit Packs & Paddle Checkout

You can top up credits anytime from the Credits Dashboard. We offer convenient pay-as-you-go packs (such as 100-document packs for $19) as well as recurring monthly subscription allowances.

Invoices, Receipts & Refunds

• Automatic Invoicing: A formal tax receipt and invoice PDF is immediately emailed to your billing address upon checkout completion. You can also view historical purchase receipts under your billing settings.
• VAT Reverse-Charge: Business customers in the EU can enter their registered VAT ID during checkout for automated reverse-charge zero-rating.
• Refund Guarantee: In accordance with our Terms of Service, if you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with a credit pack purchase, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for an unspent credit refund.
