How does Trydoku work?

Trydoku automates document creation by merging your Excel or Google Sheets data into Microsoft Word templates. Simply upload your .docx template with placeholders, connect your data source, and we'll generate formatted documents instantly.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we prioritize your privacy. We use a privacy-first architecture, run on secure servers in the EU, and support full GDPR compliance. Your data is never shared with third parties.

What happens to the data I process?

We process your data ephemerally. Payload data (like names and addresses sent to fill the templates) is held in memory only for the milliseconds required to generate the document, and is never saved to our database. The generated documents are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 to 72 hours.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. We host our infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) and provide full GDPR rights to all users globally. For Production plan customers, we can also sign a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Can I use my own Word templates?

Absolutely. You can upload any existing .docx file. Just add placeholders (variables) where you want dynamic data to appear (e.g., {{name}}, {{date}}), and our system will detect them automatically.

What happens if I have empty rows in my Excel file?

Trydoku intelligently filters out empty rows to ensure you only generate documents for valid data entries, saving you credits and keeping your output clean.
