Welcome to TRYDOKU. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TRYDOKU website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

TRYDOKU is a document generation platform that allows users to:

• Upload document templates (DOCX format) containing placeholders
• Input data to populate template placeholders
• Generate multiple personalized documents automatically
• Download generated documents individually or in bulk

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may register using your email address or through third-party authentication services (such as Google). By using third-party authentication, you authorize us to access certain information from your third-party account.

4. User Content

"User Content" means any documents, templates, data, text, or other materials that you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

By uploading User Content, you grant TRYDOKU a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Generate documents for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
• Send spam or unsolicited communications using generated documents
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TRYDOKU and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for subscriptions)

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, with notice provided before the next billing cycle.

7.1 Refund Policy

TRYDOKU offers a straightforward refund policy for your peace of mind:

• Current billing period: You may request a full refund for your current month's subscription at any time, no questions asked.
• Past billing periods: Refunds are not available for previous billing cycles that have already been completed.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

8. Data Processing and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

We process your documents on our servers solely to provide the Service. We do not access, use, or share the content of your documents except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from Service unavailability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

TRYDOKU does not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRYDOKU, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRYDOKU and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your User Content and account data
• Any outstanding fees remain payable

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TRYDOKU operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and TRYDOKU regarding your use of the Service.
